METAdrasi, in cooperation with the Hellenic Olympic Committee and the German Olympic Sports Confederation (DOSB), implemented the “Together in Sport” project for the period 2021-2022.
The great success of the first cycle of the project, with the participation of more than 9,000 refugee children and children of local communities in many parts of the country, resulted in the launch of the “Together in Sport – Phase II” project that is carried out since 15/09/2023, in cooperation with municipalities in various regions of Greece.
“Together in Sport – Phase II” is an educational project of sport and culture. Focusing mainly on the promotion of the physical and mental well-being of children aged 7-17 years old and young adults aged 18-21 years old, it also envisages the strengthening of social cohesion, through the creation of a range of sport and cultural activities, in cooperation with the institutions of each city.
In addition, the project will focus on the integration of minors and young people with physical or mental disabilities.
