Children express their emotions through video stories

26.09.2016

In August 2016, Panos Mitsopoulos and Nienke Brokke offered to realize painting, engraving and animation workshops for the unaccompanied children hosted in METAdrasi’s accommodation facility in Lesvos.

In the context of these activities, the children created a video on the theme “What and/or where I would like to be in the near future”, expressing their emotions through the stories they presented: a child used the pencil as a means to overcome his difficulties, while another drew METAdrasi’s shelter in detail, showing without words that he likes living there…

Special thanks to Panos Mitsopoulos and Nienke Brokke for their kind offer to share their art and knowledge.
