Every donation, large or small, helps us cope with the increasing needs of refugees, with emphasis on the support of unaccompanied children.
I WOULD LIKE TO WORK AS AN INTERPRETER
To become a part of METAdrasi’s Team of Interpreters, you must speak Greek fluently.
If you believe that you have the time and knowledge to become a member of METAdrasi’s interpretation team, you may visit METAdrasi’s offices (open Monday through Friday, 12:00-17:00), and fill out an application form.
If you are selected to become an interpreter, you will need to:
• Attend METAdrasi’s Interpreters’ Training Seminar (offered free-of-charge)
• Pass written and oral examinations following the Seminar
• Sign METAdrasi’s Code of Conduct
The Interpreters’ Training Seminars take place on a regular basis and all dates are announced on our website. METAdrasi encourages all interested parties that meet the criteria to apply. METAdrasi assesses all applications fairly, and does not discriminate on the basis of gender, religion, or nationality.
