The unaccompanied children living at METAdrasi’s Transit Accommodation Facility in Samos, made an enchanting trip in the land of imagination, through the theater performance of Charles Perrault’s beloved tale ′′Puss in Boots”, at the ancient theater in the region of Pythagoreio.

The excited children sang, talked to the actors and enjoyed every minute of the show. A pleasant surprise awaited them when the other spectators of the show gave them treats of donuts and popcorn. Of course, the children did not fail to thank every single one of them.

After the end of the show, A., one of the little girls, said to the caretakers of the accommodation facility: ′′It was the happiest day of my life! I had never been to a theater performance in my home country. Today, it felt like I watched the show with my whole family“. These heartwarming words are what gives strength to the people of METAdrasi in order to keep up their efforts, always trying for the best, overcoming any difficulty and obstacle.
