With great pleasure, METAdrasi and the Hellenic Olympic Committee participated as co-organizers, and through our cooperation in the “Together in Sport – Phase II” project, in the successful 2nd Race Against Discrimination, organized by the Hope Runners, on Sunday, November 3rd at the Olympic Stadium.

Driven by the message of zero tolerance to any form of discrimination based on racial or ethnic origin, religion or belief, gender, age, disability, language, economic status or gender identity, more than 880 runners, including 80 refugee children, participated in the races and parallel activities.

“Together in Sport-Phase II” organised the following:

🥇🥈 Meet & Greet
The Olympic bronze medalist of Judo Theodoros Tselidis, the Olympic fencing champion Dora Gountoura and the Olympic champions of Artistic Swimming Sophia Malkogeorgou and Evangelia Platanioti spoke about inclusion and the power of sport in the fight against discrimination, while the Paratriathlon Champion Antigoni Hariessa Vassilopoulou shared her great sporting experiences!

🏊 Swimming out of water
Olympic Swimming Champion Neri Niangwara proved to us that swimming is for everyone!

With the support of the National Team members and distinguished athletes, the children played and experienced the sport of seated volleyball!
