METAdrasi\u2019s president Lora Pappa received the award from the President of the Hellenic Republic Prokopis Pavlopoulos.<\/p>\n<p>Ms Pappa, after thanking the Citizen\u2019s Movement and the award\u2019s committee, she shared with the audience the words of one of the organization\u2019s volunteers:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/metadrasi.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Models_of_Excellence_2017d.jpg\" alt=\"Metadrasi -\" title=\"Metadrasi -\"><\/p>\n<div id=\"id_5a1ea3fd023042f06167959\" class=\"text_exposed_root text_exposed\">\n<p><strong><span class=\"text_exposed_show\">&#8220;I want to thank METAdrasi for giving me the opportunity to do something meaningful in my life, to feel that I am useful, that I can contribute and bring a change to this world for the better. METAdrasi is food for the soul, it is an experience that changed my life.&#8221;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Respectively, she mentioned the phrase of the famous refugee mathematician, Einstein: &#8220;The true value of a human being is determined primarily by the measure and the sense in which he has attained to liberation from the self.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Finally, Ms Pappa said that this distinction will &#8220;give strength to the hundreds of METAdrasi\u2019s team members, that daily and under adverse circumstances are doing their best, in order to help the fellow being, irrespectively of nationality, colour, sex, age or religion.&#8221;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/metadrasi.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Models_of_Excellence_2017b.jpg\" alt=\"Metadrasi -\" title=\"Metadrasi -\"><\/p>\n<div id=\"id_5a1ea3fd023042f06167959\" class=\"text_exposed_root text_exposed\">\n<p>METAdrasi&#8217;s team gave, as always, a dynamic presence! All local groups throughout Greece watched the live broadcast and shared the joy of this honourable recognition of their hard and effective work!
