Negotiations for the selection of the final designs and colours were long and laborious. The depiction of nature with trees, flowers, butterflies and bees prevailed over the other proposals and the renovation began. In the heat of creativity, protective paper was laid on the floor, paper tape was laid on the corners, all the necessary preparations were made to start painting the designs on the walls. All the children participated: some drew the designs, others painted them, but all of them would regularly take a couple of steps back in order to admire the results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, all of us feel very proud when facing the amazing work of the children and we keep wondering how much more they can achieve!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>METAdrasi\u2019s Transit Accommodation Facilities in Chios and Samos are funded since June 2020 by EEA Grants in the framework of the Asylum and Migration programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Funded by\u00a0<a aria-label=\"EEA and
