After the day’s relaxing tea, the children used the tea bags for wonderful and, above all, recyclable crafts.

Putting their skills in good use, they made original bookmarks for their books. After drying the used tea bags in the oven and emptying the content, they glued pictures of flowers, butterflies and beautiful vintage designs on them. Combining other materials and techniques, they took their creativity to new heights by making beautiful ornaments for bags and envelopes. The used tea leaves were later used as fertilizer for the flowers they grow in the Accommodation Facility.

METAdrasi’s Transit Accommodation Facility in Samos is funded since June 2020 by EEA Grants in the framework of the Asylum and Migration programme.

Funded by EEA Grants
Fund operated by ΣΟΛ Crowe and HumanRights360

[124
322,216

post-26098422","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-announcements","tag-samos","tag-transit-accommodation-facility-for-unaccompanied-minors
["GET
