living in METAdrasi\u2019s semi-autonomous living apartments had the unique opportunity to come in contact with horses for the first time and experience the offer and care, through the psycho-educational activity organized by the Unit for Integration and Support of Unaccompanied Minors of the General Secretariat for Vulnerable Persons and Institutional Protection in cooperation with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hippolysis.gr\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Hippolysis<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In the six meetings that took place in total, girls and boys, under the guidance of volunteer psychiatrists, participated in workshops and experiential activities, carried out various exercises as they connected with horses-healers, as well as a painting activity.<\/p>\n<p>The children were looking forward to taking care of the horses, and the benefits were manifold as they met their peers from other organizations participating in these activities.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-25 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img implemented on the initiative of the Deputy Minister of Migration and Asylum, Sophia Voultepsi and with the exclusive funding of the Hellenic Bank Association.<\/p>\n<p><em>METAdrasi\u2019s \u201cSupported Independent Living for unaccompanied minors\u201d is implemented with the support of the National Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund, co-funded by the European
