She was at a hospital, when an adult refugee climbed outside a window and threatened to fall. The fire brigade tried to distract him so they could pull him in, but to no avail. The situation seemed to have no happy ending until one of METAdrasi\u2019s interpreters (wearing the characteristic vest and badge) who was there to provide interpretation to a patient of Arabic origin, interfered and managed to reassure him by speaking in his language.
