A recreational, sporting and cultural activity that they have been waiting for a long time was carried out by unaccompanied teenagers living in METAdrasi’s Semi-Autonomous Living apartments in Athens.<\/p>\n

The children get to know the most creative corners of the city, mix with the local population, practice the Greek language and adapt to a new way of life.<\/p>\n

Visits like this one in the pleasant environment of the Stavros Niarchos Park help them significantly in this effort.<\/p>\n

METAdrasi launched in 2018 the pilot activity of semi-autonomous living for unaccompanied minors aged 16 to 18, aiming at their smooth transition to adulthood and their integration into the Greek society. From June 2024 the activity \u201cSupervised Semi-Autonomous Living Apartments\u201d is funded by the \u201cProgramme Greece \u2013 Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund 2021-2027\u201d, co-funded by the European Union. <\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
