Many thanks to the students of Maria-Boodschaplyceum for their valuable donation for the refugees!

28.04.2017

The group of senior high school students from Belgium, together with their teachers, traveled to Greece in order to visit the historic sights of our country. Aware of the refugee issue, they asked about the existing needs and decided to collect medicines and bring them along themselves, during their journey to Greece. We gladly accepted the kind offer and we’ll make sure to make best use of it!

It is worth mentioning that Maria-Boodschaplyceum students are taught the Greek language as an optional course and each year they organize a field trip to Greece. Admirer of Greek history and tradition, Michaël, the Belgian Professor of Greek language, expressed the students’ enthusiasm and their will to contribute actively to METAdrasi’s actions.
