JOB CLUB – Helping refugees and migrants integrate into the labour market

Within the framework of METAdrasi’s Stepping Stone program, which has been operating since 2017, we are now expanding the scope of our activities to include the initiative of the “Job Club”, that focuses on supporting refugees and migrants to integrate into the Greek labour market.

More specifically, by joining the Job Club the beneficiaries:

  • Develop their CV
  • Are supported in job searching techniques and,
  • Prepare for their job interview

At the Job Club, a job counsellor, together with a specially trained volunteer responsible for conducting the sessions, provides personalized assistance to anyone interested. The services are provided free of charge.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
Asylum seekers, recognised refugees and migrants looking for work. Beneficiaries are required to speak either English or Greek.

WHEN?
Sessions are held every Monday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and every Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

WHERE?
At METAdrasi’s offices – 7, 25th Martiou, Tavros 17778, (1st floor) – Metro “Kallithea Station”
