Metadrasi - METAdrasi Kofinou 1

The young students at the Kofinou Facility in Cyprus eagerly welcomed the beginning of the Greek language classes.

With pencils and paper in hand, and under the valuable guidance of METAdrasi’s teacher, they began writing their first letters in Greek. Each day, the children are improving their language skills through remedial lessons, gaining self-confidence, and increasingly participating in the daily activities of the local community.

Meanwhile, creative activity classes continue at the Unaccompanied Minors’ facility in Paphos, drawing great interest from the students. In cooperation with the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Cyprus and with the support of the Facility’s administration, METAdrasi organizes and implements activities that enhance the children’s imagination and creativity.
