METAdrasi once again took part in the WELCOME 2026 Career Day, through its Stepping Stone programme. The event was organized by the Athens Coordination Center for Migrant and Refugee Issues of the Municipality of Athens and took place on March 31 at the Serafeio of the Municipality of Athens.
In an event that recorded a remarkable number of participants, more than 450 refugees and migrants had the opportunity to connect directly with companies, attend job interviews, and take an important step toward their integration into the Greek labor market.
The Stepping Stone team was there, actively supporting participants with specialized services such as:
✔️ career counseling
✔️ CV writing support
✔️ interview preparation
✔️ information on labor rights
At the same time, parents were able to leave their children in the creative activities area supported by METAdrasi.
A day full of opportunities, empowerment, and meaningful steps toward inclusion.
