METAdrasi training the Guardianship of Unaccompanied minors

The 7th training for the Guardianship of Unaccompanied minors was completed with the participation of 40 officers through physical presence and online.

 

During the training, crucial issues such as the protection of unaccompanied children and the proper assessment of their psychosocial needs, the role of the Guardian, the Dublin procedure, the institution of foster care, were presented.

 

Presentations were made by METAdrasi’s representatives specialized in the protection of unaccompanied children, as well as by representatives of the First Reception and Identification Service, the Asylum Service, the General Secretariat for Vulnerable Persons & Institutional Protection and the National Dublin Unit.


As of 01/11/2023 the activity is implemented by METAdrasi as the coordinating partner and PRAKSIS as a supporting partner, under the “National Guardianship System” with funding from the “Programme Greece – Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund 2021-2027”, co-financed by the European Union.
