Four years ago, at an informal meeting of our team, a former colleague from Sri Lanka told us how she had spent her birthday:
“I baked a delicious, large pasticcio, devided it into portions and placed it in individual packs. I took the boxes and distributed them to the homeless people in the square. Their enjoying my food gave me so much pleasure! It was the best way for me to celebrate my birthday!”
