Students from DIKEMES/College Year in Athens participating in the preparation of humanitarian aid

14.01.2022

Winter has set in and the days are getting colder. The migration issue is no longer top news, but thousands of people continue to live in containers and METAdrasi continues to send basic necessity items.

And there are many who continue to bring these items, as well as many volunteers who help with sorting and packing. This time, we had the help of students from DIKEMES/College Year in Athens who, together with their teacher, Ms. Aimee Placas, participated in the preparation of the items to be distributed.

A total of 59 boxes were prepared (containing winter clothes, blankets, towels, etc.), which were then sent to various places where they were distributed to people in need.

We warmly thank them for their invaluable help!
