An open discussion on the invaluable importance of Peace, which is now more crucial than ever, was held at METAdrasi’s Accommodation Centre for unaccompanied children in Chios.
This group meeting highlighted the imperative of safeguarding this fundamental principle which is the bedrock for freedom and justice. It gave children the incentive to engage in meaningful discussions, expressing what Peace really means for them. They also had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with works of art inspired by the hope for Peace and grip the vital role of self-expression, especially during times of crisis.
At the end of this session, the children explored their artistic inclinations and creativity, bringing their ideas and hopes for Peace to life.
