The manual «Identifying survivors of torture, A guide for training asylum authorities’ staff and health professionals working with asylum seekers and refugees» contains information and guidelines with regards to the identification and handling of potential victims of torture.

It is addressed to all professionals involved in every step of the identification procedure, regardless of the context in which they work (public bodies, civil society organisations, international organisations). It was created by the legal expert Ms. Babasika and has received funding from the European Commission for its publication, as it was used to train workers at the Reception and Identification Centres for asylum seekers.
