A jacket for every child!

17.10.2017

Would you like to support us in our efforts?

Winter is approaching. METAdrasi is looking for warm jackets for unaccompanied children who have found themselves in Greece without their family and, in many cases, live under particularly unsuitable conditions.

According to data, about 1800 unaccompanied children lack at the moment suitable accommodation, and are living in camps, detention centres, police stations or even in the streets.

Anyone who can and would like to offer one or more jackets, in excellent condition, for boys and girls aged 12-17, is kindly asked to bring them to one of METAdrasi’s offices:
• Athens (Tavros): 25 Martiou 7, 1th floor, near “Kallithea” train station, Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00, Tel: 214 100 8700
• Thessaloniki: Vilara 7, Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00,
Tel: 2310 501151

Alternatively, you can contribute by donating:
metadrasi.org/en/support-us/ with the note “A jacket for every child!” and we will buy jackets at the missing sizes.

Please do not bring any items other than jackets, as due to lack of space, the Organisation cannot accept them at the moment.
METAdrasi can only receive the offers in kind mentioned above in the Athens and Thessaloniki offices.
