The students of the Integration Learning Center that METAdrasi operates within the framework of the HELIOS project, enjoyed a very special lesson that took place in the National Garden of Athens.
The purpose of the visit was primarily to acquaint the students with the city of Athens, but also to get in touch with the environment, with all the beneficial effects this entails. During the course, the students, with the valuable help of interpreters, had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with various parts of the geography of Greece, the environment and its protection. And of course, with the encouragement of the teachers, they practiced and enriched their vocabulary.
The excursion was concluded with a Pilates session during which teachers, students and interpreters actively participated and enjoyed themselves.
