“Step2School”: Educational activities by METAdrasi in Athens and Thessaloniki

Ten-year-old Ahmet from Syria is excited that METAdrasi’s afternoon classes have started again. In his home country, he had been unable to attend school, because of the war.

For the second school year, METAdrasi implements non-formal education programs in Athens and Thessaloniki – focusing on Greek language aquisition – for children, adolescents and adults, refugees and migrants.

In Thessaloniki:
Classes are Monday to Friday, 16:00-20:00.
Enrollments are welcome from Monday to Friday at METAdrasi’s offices, 7 Vilara Street, from 10:00 to 13:00.

In Athens:
Courses (Greek, English, German) are held at METAdrasi’s Headquarters, from 14:00 to 18:00, for adolescents 16-18 years old, while remedial education support classes are held from 16:00 to 20:00, for children and teens 6-18 years old.
Enrollments are welcome at METAdrasi’s Headquarters (7, 25 Martiou Street, Tavros, 1st floor), Monday to Friday, 10:00-17:00.
