First day at school

13.09.2022

First day at school for our children of the Transit Accommodation Facilities for Unaccompanied minors in Chios and Samos.

Early in the morning they were in the school yard waiting impatiently to hear the bell ring, to see their friends, meet their new teachers, get their books. Laughing and teasing each other, and escorted by METAdrasi’s people of the accommodation facilities who were looking on with pride, they walked through the school door and immediately ran to catch up with old classmates and share their summer news.

We wish them a wonderful school year!

METAdrasi’s Transit Accommodation Facilites in Chios and in Samos are funded since June 2020 by EEA Grants in the framework of the Asylum and Migration programme.
