A beautiful project and a fantastic experience for the students of METAdrasi’s educational center in Athens

16.04.2025

A special five-day art workshop was held in collaboration with Tavros Art Space, with the participation of students from METAdrasi’s Educational Center, the 5th High School of Kallithea and the 2nd Primary School of Tavros.

It was a beautiful project and a fantastic experience for the children, as they were given the opportunity to be inspired, to connect and collaborate, to develop skills they already had and to acquire more.

Under the guidance of artist Praneet Soi, the children were divided into groups, walked in the neighborhoods of Tavros, and with the help of the drawing machine created by Mr. Soi, they observed and captured the area through their own perspective in their drawings. These drawings were transferred to a wooden structure in the Tavros Art Space [TAVROS], where they took shape and colors.

This collaborative work was presented at the beginning of April at the opening of the exhibition “a thousand and one stories”, with the presence of the students and their families.
