Helping refugees and migrants have equal access to Covid-19 vaccination

As part of the actions taken by METAdrasi to help address the emergencies caused by the pandemic, we have created a specialized helpdesk service, with the aim of facilitating refugees and migrants in the handling of vaccination procedures.

It has been observed that many refugees and migrants, while wishing to be vaccinated, find it difficult to make an appointment. Indicatively, some of the main difficulties they face are language communication problems, difficulties in accessing the internet, lack of knowledge of procedures and lack of necessary legal documents.

The helpdesk will be open on a daily basis, and in order to organize an appointment, those interested can send to METAdrasi an sms with their name and the language they speak, via Viber or WhatsApp at +30 6908091492, or send an email to [email protected].

As part of the helpdesk service and in order to spread the message, METAdrasi has designed and distributed posters in six languages ​​which are available for printing, here.
